These are electric cabins designed according to specific requests, given the landscape constraints or directly personalised finishes chosen by the client.

All elements are produced with high-performance self-compacting concrete (Self Compacting Concrete) with a minimum strength class of C 35/45, using CEM I 52.5R cement in our mix. The steels used for the construction of the electric cabin are of type B450C, all structural elements are reinforced using double mesh and related reinforcements where slots and openings are present. The cover thickness used in the armatures is not less than 2.5cm. The construction of the cabin complies with the regulations specified in the technical specifications DG 2061 Ed.9 and D.M. 17.1.2018 and any technical specifications provided by the client.

Earthing system of the cabin

The earthing system of the cabin, both internal and external, is constructed in accordance with the CEI-016 standard, and after each individual installation, the correct operation of the earthing system is verified using a dedicated certified instrument.

Static calculation

For the static calculation of the structure, through our in-house technical office, it is possible to adjust the calculation report during the deposit phase from usage class II to usage class IV, depending on the restrictions applied by the civil engineers of each individual Province or Region. Our team of experts is capable of technically supporting a tailor-made solution dedicated to the specific requirement.
