Manufatti Caggiano Gmbh was born in 1989 in the craft area of Savoia di Lucania (Basilicata), in the province of Potenza. Its aim is to produce prefabricated buildings and cement manufactured goods. With thirty years of experience, our name is synonymous with guarantee and is a leader in the prefabrication sector.

We have over 25,000 square meters of areas, under which there is a laboratory for concrete control and any material testing. We also have a technical office (surveyors, design engineers, engineer in charge of production, concrete technologist and quality manager), specialized staff with employees responsible for the production and installation of our prefabricated buildings, leading equipment (vibration stands, formwork, concrete plant and other equipment) to obtain high quality products and sales representatives for after-sales service in Italy and Europe.

Manufatti Caggiano Ltd officially became a multinational company in 2018. We have over 30,000 square meters of facilities, including an internal laboratory for concrete testing and material trials, an in-house technical studio, qualified personnel with collaborators responsible for the production and installation of our prefabricated structures, state-of-the-art equipment, a fully automated concrete batching plant to consistently ensure high-quality products, and sales agents for customer sales and support in Italy and Europe.
