These are electrical cabins designed exclusively according to the electrical project provided by the client or designed by our engineer. In the factory, we install all the medium voltage compartments and low voltage panels, also setting up the internal earthing system. On-site, we handle the installation of the transformer and the external earthing grid. At the end of all the work and installations, our technician will perform a verification test to ensure the correct operation of the entire system, including the earthing system. Naturally, all appropriate documentation with relevant warranties will be provided with the supply.
All components are manufactured with high-performance self-compacting concrete with a strength class of no less than C 35/45, using CEMI52.5R cement in our mix. The steels used for the construction of the electrical cabin are of type B450C, all structural elements are reinforced using double mesh and additional reinforcements where holes and openings are present. The cover iron used in the reinforcements is not less than 2.5cm. The construction of the cabin complies with the specifications of E-distribution and D.M. 17.1.2018, as well as any technical specifications provided by the client.
The earth system of the cabin, both internal and external, is implemented in compliance with the CEI-016 standard, and after each installation, the proper functioning of the earth system is verified using a dedicated certified instrument.
For the structural static calculation through our internal technical office, it is possible to adjust the calculation report during the deposit phase from usage class II to usage class IV, depending on the restrictions applied by the civil engineers of each individual Province or Region. Our team of experts is capable of technically supporting a tailored solution to meet each specific requirement.
